A Travelling Gourmet – A Refining of Categories
This is just a short post to let you know that I’ve refined my A Travelling Gourmet category. A friend Steve asked me in an email today whether I had any particular restaurants to recommend in Venice as he’s going there next month. I realised that the blog now has so many posts in the A Travelling Gourmet section that it’s a bit unwieldy if anyone is searching for information, so I spent some time refining it into sub-categories. You can now link in directly to posts on France, Greece, Italy, Morocco, Spain, Switzerland, and UK (you can see the book editor in me was working hard today).
And if you’re looking for anything in particular, whether it be a recipe for a beef or chicken dish or a risotto, or maybe a restaurant review, you can always use the Search button at the top of the right-hand column for quick access.
I’m always pleased to receive your comments so do please let me know if you’ve visited any of the places I write about or try any of my recipes (and if you have, I hope they worked well! I do always test them carefully and disasters – and there have been a few – don’t reach the blog).
I’m looking forward to adding more posts to A Travelling Gourmet this year. So far, I have a return trip to Venice lined up for April, a holiday in Deauville, France in June and plans to go to Turin in August. So … watch this space!

Nice!!!
